Classic Car Shows, from Grand Palais to Newham

By Ed Wiseman Assistant Motoring Editor

Retromobile is one of the finest classic car events on the planet. Costing just shy of £20 on the door, it's also one of the most reasonable – it's about a quarter of the cost of the cheapest Saturday ticket for Goodwood Revival, for example. The only catch is that it's in Paris, but this week Alex Robbins makes a powerful case for booking your Eurostar for next year's event.

A little closer to home is the London Classic Car Show, which runs from the 14th to the 17th of February at East London's ExCel. Motoring editor Paul Hudson will be speaking at the ERS Big Electric Car Debate this Friday (February 15th) and would love to see you in the audience.

Beyond the London show, Goodwood's Members' Meeting will take place in April, followed by Techno-Classica Essen a week later. This year's classic car calendar is packed with events, culminating in November with both the NEC Classic Motor Show and the legendary London to Brighton Veteran Car Run. We hope to bump into some of you at events this year.
